The Masta Zing turnout neck cover has been designed to attach to the Zing Heavy Turnout rug. This neck cover is filled with 12oz/340g thermal filling and lined with cotton. The outer of the Zing neck cover is made from 600 denier waterproof and breathable polyester ripstop fabric, to help keep your horse warm and dry in all weathers.
