Acceptance
When you make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected) so please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We may at anytime revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to you to ensure you regularly review and reprint them for your records as necessary.

When using this website, you are responsible for ensuring that all account details and passwords are kept confidential, and you accept responsibility for all activity occurring within your account. If you believe that any of this information has been made known to someone else, or is being misused, please contact us immediately (Please see contact details below)

We reserve the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to this website or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and you will not incur any costs.

Pricing and availability
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.

We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:

On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).

All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.

We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).

Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges.

We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Payment
Payment will only be taken when the goods are ready for despatch, and is acceptable through a secure server by debit or credit card (please see card security below). Please do not e-mail your card details to us, we cannot be held responsible for security if you supply your details in this way.

Card Security
Our site uses one of the most secure methods of payment processing available- PayPal. Your card details are never held in clear text on any website.

We will always try to give you helpful and totally honest advice, but the decision to purchase an item ultimately lies with the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any consequences relating to any products purchased from this website.

Postage rates are as follows:
All UK destinations (including Scottish Highlands and Islands!!) - £4.50 for order under £75. Orders over this amount are free from delivery charges.

Despatch times: The despatch date is based on the longest despatch estimate given for a product within an order, for example if you order 3 items and all 3 are ‘in stock’ the order will be despatched same day (if placed before 12pm). If however you ordered 3 items and 2 items are ‘in stock’ but one item has a despatch estimate of ‘2-3 days’ then your order will be held until all items are present and then despatced together. You can request in stock items to be despatched immediately, and all other items to follow, this will incur a single additional standard postage charge for despatch of the remaining goods.

Delivery is Monday to Friday only. These services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally, but we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery. We aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm the same day, and standard delivery normally takes 3-5 working days, but may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We will try to keep you informed of any delays, but please feel free to email or phone for the status of your order at any time. We always use a carrier that requires a signature so please ensure that there is someone there to receive your parcel. We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. You will be sent an email for larger orders when we despatch the goods to enable you to track your order with the carrier. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts has been made to deliver the goods to you, or you refuse the parcel when the courier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.

Overseas orders
We are happy to export orders. Postage is charged at cost, and the VAT may be deducted on orders to non EC countries and BFPO addresses by dividing taxable items by 1.175.

Please always contact us for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent which helps avoid delays to your order. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Goods damaged in transit
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels your are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence). 

Goods lost in transit
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date.

Returns Policy

Need to return something?

Please note that you need to return the item(s) to us within 10 working days from the date which you received them, including any free gifts or promotions received with the goods you are returning. You are responsible for the goods until they are restored to us, and must ensure you take reasonable care of them, returning them to us at your expense unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging (including any sealed packaging if applicable). Goods returned after 10 working days (but less than 30 days) will be issue a store credit voucher. Items returned without authorisation after 30 days or with defaced/damaged packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense. If in doubt, please phone or email for advice before returning an item to us. We strongly recommend that all returns are registered and insured when sent as we unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels. Once the order has been safely returned to us, we will refund your original payment method less delivery costs as soon as possible for the cost of the goods (please note this can take up to 30 days during very busy periods but is normally approx 7 days). The following items are non returnable: Any specially ordered, altered or personalised goods.

Returns - faulty goods

If you feel that a product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and contact us with your concern. If you continue to use the product after discovering a fault, it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Please follow the same returns procedure as above, but do not return the item to us until we have contacted you about it. We will either ask you to send the item back to us or arrange for the item to be collected (at our discretion) If sending the goods back yourself please ensure that the item is adequately insured as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels. If on inspection we find the goods to be defective, we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer of the goods or another knowledgeable party, prior to a decision being met if it is not clear that the goods are faulty or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect. It may take up to 28 days to process your return, but we will do our best to rectify the matter as quickly as possible. If the goods are found to be perfect and in full working order, or have been damaged as a result of misuse or neglect, then you would be liable for any costs we have incurred and the cost of returning the item to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Goods returned under complaint will not be processed unless they are clean and dry due to the health and safety at work act 1972. If goods arrive in this state, then you will be liable for the costs to return the item to you for cleaning before any further action can be taken.
